Shaul and I (and maybe Ynez?) are gonna head to Luka's for some recovery food/beer after the 6pm class tomorrow. Anyone who's up for dinner or a drink should join us.

Four rounds for time...or at least that's the way we did it last year. I will be doing 4 rounds. 25 minutes is the time to beat!

I have improved! For some reason I was thinking that maybe I hadn't gotten better in the last year, maybe I should just go back to marathon running, but now, in a short 13:26, I feel validated!
What a great workout!
19:00 RX+ (10# overhead for lunges) and about 5 v-ups until I realized I couldn't feel my legs.
13:something...I think it was 13:40ish. 25# overhead and 20 GHD situps/20 situps each round.
Burgers and beer were good...several people suggested we should do something more well-organized on a weekend night sometime. I think that's an awesome idea, but I'm going on vacation next week so someone else has gotta organize it if you want to do it before August. Of course I'd just assume we do it when I get back ;c) Anyway just passing the word along.
And congrats Amanda, way to rock it! Awesome improvement.

I had softball tonight so couldn't make burgers and beer, but a regular outing seems like a good idea.
Definite congrats amanda, sometimes self improvement can be hard to gauge, but anyone with an outside perspective can clearly see you have made huge gains, clear as night and day. As a matter of fact, I have noticed a significant improvement from top to bottom on an almost weekly basis. The energy and support lately has made for a fun workout environment.
