Are we encrypting WODs now????

My entire lower body is still in a lot of pain from the last mystery WOD. I really don't think I can take another right now...

Encryption key anyone?

Looks like the team from the NSA is going to have a big advantage in this WOD.

WHAT NOW?

Have. To. Come. AGAIN!

MT

Wish I could be here for this one. Someone let me know what it was, the encrypting thing isn't working without the password.

I have tried: crossfit, Crossfit, CrossFit, Crossfit Eastbay, CrossFit East Bay, CFEB, Maximus, Lewin, MoveNat, MovNat, Team, WOD, and a few others, and nothing has worked.

Just out of curiosity - for those who did the mystery WOD on Wednesday, how would you rate your muscle soreness on a scale of 1 to 10? I think I'm at about an 8. I want to come tonight, but I can't tell how much legs are in the workout, so I'm not sure what to do. If someone figures out the encryption key, let us know!

MT

Daniel, I've tried all those and more. Train, training, alpha, Andi, fitness. When I encrypted my own message, caps seem to have an effect on the key. It could be anything.

As to soreness, I'm at about a 6.5. If I was going tonight, it would hurt and I probably wouldn't be at full capacity, but still doable once the blood got flowing.

I'm guessing this might be the full team WOD that happened at the games, but haven't attempted to decode.

My leg soreness level is around a 7. Mostly in the front of my thighs and my ankles which I realized this morning while pushing down the clutch. Once I get the blood flowing today, I might be half decent at whatever mystery death awaits us.

I'm about a 7.5, I'll be there. My thighs and lower legs are the worst. Kinda scared, but after I ran an easy 800 yesterday it felt better, so we shall see.

Google

I'm at a soreness level of 7. I'm beginning to rethink putting out 100% on these head on lunge workouts. I rather not be so sore that I can't workout for the next 3 days. I also would like to workout tonight but my legs are useless.

For those wondering about soreness: I will say that this is time limited, so your score might be weak but you will be able to do it. Also not a big quad emphasis. I guess you guys have not been taking your Fish Oil and CF-Sponsored Supplements.

I'm thinking of applying to the Ministry of Silly Walks, actually.

Only my quads and a little bit of upper-back are sore-- I'm interested in why we're all sore to different degrees in different places!

I didn't have as much soreness from Wed. WOD as I expected to have. Since starting Zone diet I have consisitently had less post WOD soreness. It could be placebo effect, if so I will take it. On a related note, I glanced through Murakami's book "What I talk about when I talk about running". A breezy rumination on writing and running. Gleaned this quote, " Pain is inevitable, Suffering is optional" sounds like a Crossfit tee shirt slogan to me.

I'd say soreness level 4 for me.

But I get a huge amount of omega-3's through whole foods.

Daniel's hilarious! I tried cracking it too, but didn't try it on THAT many words.

My soreness is on a 6 (walking sideways or in reverse down staircases helps the pain) despite getting OK dosage of fish oil, eggs and salmon.

I also tried to crack the code with mostly the same things Daniel tried. So far no luck.

As for my soreness level, I'd say 5. It was much worse this morning but after being out and about has gotten better.

Thanks for the hint Max :-P

Looks fun.

Nice Bex. You are a Gen-X Password Pro I guess.

Even after decoding, there's still an unknown aspect to the workout... and the decoder key is not "Max is evil".

LOL, nice. Credit where due, she and Alex D. figured it out together.

I think I'm too beat up to do anything tonight. But it looks like a lot of fun, so I might take a stab at an individualized version of this tomorrow.

Google

I am not a Password Pro - per se - but i do love a good riddle :-)

We're goning have to miss it, sadly, and I am actually dissapointed now that I know what it is.

Just figured it out. I will be there. Looks like fun.
