15x78lb OHS: Fail(7) then Fail (11). The set of 7 was pretty ugly, but the set of 11 was nearly perfect-- I was only shooting for 8 to finish off the volume anyway, but felt good enough to try for more.
Bench press:
2x5x110lb then 7x110lb (~81% 1RM)
Metcon: 12:55 - this was painfully entertaining.

OHS: about 2 weeks ago my 15RM was 75#, today I went for 80# and dropped it on rep 13. So, technically a fail but also a PR. Feels good to be getting stronger.
I love this stuff.
DNF: 2 rounds + 60 single unders (arms got too tired after round 2).
