I have no idea how to use this encryption program but I know a four letter name in CrossFit that would make a lot of sense to be programmmed after an OHS workout like this... and I'm due for a 4:30 time in it!

i'm skipping this- need some actual rest. First time i've experienced DOMS in my arms; that's fun.
