Max rep push-ups
Every 3 minutes on the 3rd minute for 12 minutes (5 rounds)
Run one mile
Post reps for all ten rounds and time for mile to comments.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and suggest a WOD. Playing Starcraft II for time. Or who can produce the fastest zergling rush. I think we should make this happen. :)

Starting to get a hang on kipping pulls, feels great. Arms are sore
Pull: 21-13-13-10-10

I think that 21 might be a PR.
i cant remember the actual round totals, but ended up with 103 pull ups and 112 push ups. 7:15 mile run
afterward was upset with mile time so I rowed 4 1k splits separated by about 5 minutes each

For todays WOD I had limited time so I did it at home and did not do the run.
Pull ups: 15, 10, 13, 13, 10.
Push ups: 15, 10, 11, 14, 12.
pullups 7-5-5-5-3 (considering i couldn't do more than 1 when i came here 6 weeks ago...)
pushups 15-13-15-14-12
mile run: my watch is analog so it is either 6:22 or 7:22, ill take 7:22 which is probably a pr, at last in the last 10 years
