PLEASE NOTE there is now a 5pm class on Tuesdays in addition to 6pm.
A: In 20 minutes work up to a 3RM Hang Snatch.
B: 3 rounds for time:
Run 400 meters
15 OHS 95/65
Suggested scaling:
Dowel/15
45/65
95/65 "Rx"
115/75
135/95
Pick a weight which you can do unbroken for all three rounds or challenge yourself and go heavy.
Scaled: 10 minute limit
Rx or above: 12 minute limit

Death by Barbell @ 145 (Rd 1), 135 (Rd 2), 145 (Rd 3), 135 (Rd 4), 145 (Rd 5)
Time 36:49 (3 Rounds + 9 Back Squats in 25 min time limit)
PM WOD - A - 3RM Hang Snatch
95, 105, 115 ... not a true 3RM but good enough
PM WOD - B
Time 7:56 Rx
3RM Hang Snatch 75# - could've been heavier but ran out of time.
Metcon
400m run/ 15 OHS - scaled to 80# - 9:45
Hang snatch 3RM: 70lbs (could have gone heavier, I was popping the bar up pretty nicely at the end)
Metcon: 8:13 (scaled to 45lbs)
25 min. trail run then Tabata uphill 'sprints'
Hang snatch 95#
Metcon DNF (12:06 @ 85#)
I totally lost the thread in the second round, but got it back (too late) for the final round.
What a great video on the butterfly kip. I haven't tried it yet but I look forward to working on the broken down movements. Another fine learning moment from C.S.
Hang snatch 3RM 70#. Terrible form.

I thought the OHS strength programming combined with the snatch warmup prepared me well for the metcon. All the OHS were unbroken except for the last 2 and was very time costly.
3RM Hang Snatch: 70#
That last set felt solid and easy. Hopefully I can duplicate the form next time.
Metcon: DNF 10:25
Round 1 with 60# then dropped to 50#.
3RM hang snatch: 135#
failed several times to do 155. first time ive really done snatches so i hope theres room for improvement...
metcon: 7:10 @95#
Just in time! 11:54 at 95# (RX) on the WOD. 95# for the 3rm.
Rest day for me.
