No split-jerks today, I am still sort of pressed-out from Thursday & Friday. That being said:
Press
3 x 56lbs
3 x 65lbs
5 x 72lbs
1 RM Predictor remains at 86lbs
Did an uncounted number of pistols between sets for practice/efficiency.
Then 10 static HSPUS for practice/assistance.
1RM Split-jerk: 120#
"Isabel"- 3:12 at 65#... too light.
145# for the 1RM split jerk. Fail at 155. Yesterday's practice really helped.
5:16 for Isabel at 95#.
Split Jerk 1RM - 125#
Tried 1RM clean 135#, FAIL
ISABEL - 4:39, 75#
