Didn't eat crap (paleo for a week now) and felt sluggish. There is no winning this game.

66 pull ups Rx. 17, 11, 16, 11, 11. Felt like a slug on the runs.

Got pretty slow on the 3 and 6 min intervals.

3 x 8 x 85lbs and it may have been the new shoes, but I managed to wipe out by falling forwards onto the pins in the middle of one of those sets. It was pretty funny.

Did this WOD at home. Pull ups: 10,7,10,13,10 = 50. After the fact; I measured and my 400m runs were actually 600m.
