A workout I can do! Yes!
Subbed 500m row for 400m run - 22 min. Burpees were hard after rowing hard.
Until my 33" jump gets pushed off the board, I will be saving my shins from another max box jump attempt.

iPad arrived today, too busy tinkering/downloading apps until I forgot the time... FAIL :...(
12:10 and 36 inch box jump. I think I could have done 38, but I couldn't get my mental in shape.

Today I did yesterdays WOD at 5, then class at 6 to catch up. Went like this...
Front squats 3/175, 3/185, 3/195 (stopped on behalf of Elizabeth being next) think 205 is my max though.
(Old school)Elizabeth rx- 21-15-9 couplet of 135# squat cleans/ring dips... 15:46! this was ferocious..
Somehow managed to pr box jump at 43" and just miss 44 twice but close. Cool down wod rx - run 400m/21 burpees/12 toe2bar.. 10:35
