WOD 100826

A: Work up to a 1RM in the Clean & Jerk

B: As many rounds as needed to complete 45 "Lewin-Style" reps of C2B Pull-Up/Pull-Up:

Perform 25 burpees every three minutes on the third minute starting at minute zero.
Max rep C2B Pull-Up/Pull-Up until 45 are completed

Score is time to completion on Pull-Up.

Sixteen minute limit.

This WOD comes back to haunt me finally......

I remember this one too include your attempt, Joe. We finally get to see if paleo works!

A. 115#
B. DNF, after round 3 of burpees just finished up the pull-ups.

took some painkillers and made it through this workout with just a small amount of shoulder pain. probably should have skipped this one, but what can you do

8:18, pull ups, not C2B, did the WOD at home. Last time was 14 minutes. Did not do the C&J 1RM.

A: run 1 mile, 5:36 (treadmill set to 10.7)

B: C+J 1RM, 195# (10# less than last time, a theme seems to develop here...)

C: 45 pull-ups lewin style, 5:35

1) Press: 95x5, 105x5, 125x5(+3=8)

2) C&J: 165-185-195-205

3) 45 Lewin-style C2B pull ups w/ 25 burpees: 8:35 (3 rounds)

a: 155
b: DNF.

My shoulder is back on the fritz. back to serious daily stretching. this sucks

A: 120

B: 5:57, phew.

A: 65 #
B. DNF

C&J 205# (PR)

WOD: 5:49 scaled to normal pullups. Even though I scaled it, finishing was still amazing.

A. 105# (110# clean is PR)
B. 11:30Rx
That was 50 more burpees than I wanted to do. Regular pullups would have been so much more pleasant.

worked up to a 1 RM push press - 200# (pr) at 177/bodyweight. felt good, fast for me.
