This workout sounds awesome, me and my 20# vest will be in attendance

-For some reason, ring push-ups are easier for me than regular push-ups. Maybe it's a ROM thing.
-Wore a 10lb weight vest for the runs.
-That last run was hard.
-I am going to look into small-person-sized weight vests, because these are too wide for me to really do anything except run.

Everything was going great until Bryan decided to be a hero on the last lap and start moving fast. couldn't quite keep up. good workout, very murph like

DNF.

I think the clock ran out just after I started the last run. I might have been able to sneak in under 60 min. but got a cramp/charlie horse in my calf on the 1st run and still being crappy with the wall ball. I was doomed from the get-go.

48:18 rx no vest

Excellent birthday workout.

500 unbroken situps (25mins)

B: some claustrophobic conditioning at ironworks

MT

51:46 RX, no vest (in spite of AJ's best efforts).

MT

500 unbroken situps? how is that even possible, I would be absolutely destroyed before 100

45:11 RX (no vest)

saving 80 C2B pull ups to finish with was a really bad idea.

MT

46:13 I think it was... 20# vest. I need this rest day today. bodyweight now consistently 177-178# which is good for me.

resting HR tested when first waking up over 3 different 1 minute intervals Saturday morning - 42bpm. Good sign I'm not overtraining atleast.

27:something - did half volume, everything scaled (regular push-ups, chin over bar, and 10lb ball).

Bryan - 42bpm! Is that normal? Is your heart actually pumping blood through your body?! I don't know what my heart rate is when I've just woken up, but I feel pretty confident its not in the 40s...

And what would be a number that would signify you ARE overtraining? 80pbm? 30bpm?

MT

elevated HR at rest can be a good indication of overtraining essentially causing a state of distress ... for me that would be around 60bpm at rest, (uncaffeinated).
