Max C&J: 105lbs
My quads got killed by that tire yesterday :)

Instead of Fran, for reasons mentioned above, my first Helen: 11:24

9:07 Rx ,a PR by about 1:40, C and J not worth mentioning unfortunately

Press

115x5
130x3
146x1+(6)=7

Predictor = 180

170x1 (lifetime PR)
175x1 (lifetime PR)

Clean and Jerk 1RM 165# PR.
I did have to squat all the way down as it got heavier , does that still count?

Fran DNF I still had 6 thrusters and 9 pull ups left when the clock ran out.

I had a plan to break it up the thrusters 3x7 ,3x5, 3x3 and plow through the pull ups but when the clock started I just went all out and ended up winded. If I would have finished the reps I think I'd have beat my previous time by 2 minutes. Not bad considering how little sleep I got.

Max C&J: 100#
I activated a tweak in my neck & was afraid to commit to jerking 105#.

Fran: 8:00Rx (PR)
20 seconds faster than previous PR and nearly 2 minutes faster than last month's Fran time.
The heavier C&J's made the 65# thrusters easier.

MT

195# C & J

6:09RX fran

little over 30 seconds slower than my PR but I wasn't disappointed after a full week off. I took two large norcos an hour before the workout due to a potentially fractured thumb which also could have slowed down the time. In hindsight maybe should have thrown in the towel because thumb is absolutely destroyed at this point. Brandon and Andre being much faster/stronger than me induced this terrible decision

almost forgot, congrats brian on the club record. Next time I see you neither of us leaves until you have successfully taught me how to butterfly kip

C&J: 205# (pr)

C&J 115#
Fran 6:24(PR)

C&J 165# (PR)
Fran 9:44 (PR)

185 clean, no jerk

4:11 Fran... Next stop is unbroken thrusters with rest at the top to get to 3:30. well, that and making sure someone is there to not let me go to that place where you don't care and take rests. Thanks Max.

C&J: 125# PR

Fran: 7:16, Sc-75# + JPU

Shoulders started hurting during C&J attempt, could be caused by poor form (pull too hard with arms, intimidated by the weights falling on top of me) and I did "Death by Barbell" 2 days ago =x

Will rest Saturday
