Meet at GWPC at 9:15AM SHARP to car pool. Stragglers will be left behind.
9:30 AM: Team GPZ Supplemental WOD @ Piedmont Track (open workout)
A: Run one mile for time
B: In teams of 3-4
2 rounds:
200 meter relay (return to start)
2x triple stair jump relay (return to start)
50 yard long-jump/burpee relay (return to start)
400 meter team-mate carry (one athlete must be being carried at all times)
Noon, BIW
AMRAP* in 22 minutes
As many rounds as possible:
5 Pull-Up
5 Push-Up
10 Burpee
5 Push-Up
15 KB Swing 2.0/1.5
5 Push-Up
*As Many Rounds As Possible

I got myself out to the track and did:
400m run: 1:31
Then hit a wall due to not having eaten enough after 3 metcons and 3 lifting sessions in 2 days. Oops.
Then:
1 hr trail ride (horse)
Followed by:
Shoveling poop for time
All out 400: 1:07, N/A on the mile.
Team Ducky 28-something.
WOD: 6 rounds, climbing after. Amazingly fun workouts, can't wait till next saturday/sunday.
Morning a)7:58 and damn refreshing
B) part of team ducky: 28:24 win
Noon class-rx
4 rounds + 5 pullups, 5 pushups, 10 burpees, 5 pushups
Did my first bar muscle ups and strung 3 together

6:17 mile run
i wasn't feeling to great so i faked a case of shin splints in order to get out of the other track movements. To be honest I don't even know what shin splints are, but they sound painful and also undetectable. Max then called me a disappointment which prompted me into showing up for WOD #2...7 rounds RX on the dot. I couldn't stop thinking about how 22 minutes was 2 minutes longer than we should have been going...good zoning out strategy

15 KB Swing [don't know what the weight was. It was lime green.]
5 Push-Up
in 22 minutes I did 4 full rounds, and a fifth round through to 5 KB swings.
I skipped the box jumping at the end. ;__;
Still, not bad for my first crossfit.
damn, aj! i bought it - makes me wonder if youre a good faker or if im bad at spotting fakes....im gonna call all my ex-girlfriends right now...
A: my track appearance was cut very short due to a chronic calf injury.
B: 6 rounds plus 7 KB swings
C: lots of fun climbing
