Who needs an ACL anyway? Every day since Saturday, 3 times a day minimum:
3 rounds:
10 Straight leg raises, lying down, hold 10 sec.
10 heel slides on floor (extension to 90 deg flexion)
10 quad tightenings, pressing knee into floor, 5 sec
Some pain with quad tightening, but all muscles seem to be firing fine (yay!). Full extension reached, first time in 2 years. Up and walking with no crutches! Physical therapy starts tomorrow...
