A: Practice handstands or variations for 10 minutes.

B: 200 Single-Unders
100 Squats
50 Sit-Ups
25 Push-Ups
13 Pull-Ups or Subs
25 Burpees
50 Kettlebell Swings (any)
100 Jumping Jacks
200 Single-Unders

Day 3 complete. Since I had been about 85% paleo for the last few weeks with the exception of dairy intake, I'm guessing this is much easier than if I had done this cold turkey.
