Crossfit Pittsburgh today: 12 days of Christmas.
1 HSPU / 2 pistol / 3 pullup/ 4 wallball 20# / 5 ring dip / 6 deadlift 95# / 7 hang clean 95# / 8 thruster 95# / 9 front squat 95# / 10 box jump / 11 situp / 12 burpees. Just like the song goes, 37:13 RX.

Felt okay, but if I were to put one thing on the excuse board, it'd be jet lag.
