A: Work up to a 1RM in the Squat.
B: 45 reps Squat 135/95
For each unrack*, or missed rep perform:
5 Burpee
10 Kettlebell swing 1.5P/1.0P
before continuing to perform squats.
10 minute limit.
* bar may rest in rack or overhead only

CORRECTION: 1RM squat = 235#
Tired and sore, I was going to blow off today's WOD then I read the comments and was so fired up by Amanda's lift that I raced down to GWPC 20 minutes late rowed a little did a few squats and jumped under the bar. Bad news: Barely got 200lbs up, Good news: didn't hurt myself, Lesson learned: Don't read the damned comments before the WOD

PR...that's 75lbs above my pre-531 cycle and 60# above my lifetime PR!!!! this was with a super tweaked upper back so i'm super duper thrilled :)
the metcon. maybe 4 or 5 minutes. Not sure on the exact time but I did it without dropping the weight.

305. Not a PR (I got 315 back on October 15).
However, This is 30 pounds over my initial 1RM in July, at 10 pounds less bodyweight (195>185), so I am not dissatisfied. Puts me very far away from my goal of a 400# Back Squat though.
On the plus side, I have the 5/3/1 protocol dialed now: next time I use this on myself, others, or the group, it will be much more effective.
Woohoo! Happy to have made it through the 3rd consecutive day and am still able to walk :).
Sara and Charlie: Sleep deprived and stiff after travel from hell back from South Africa.

1 RM squat: 165 lbs PR by 20 lbs

Charlie:
1 RM squat: 320 lbs, dissappointed - had squatted 400 lbs in the past although I was 10 lbs heavier and didn't go nearly as deep.

@ Doron: 75# increase. That's sick. How did you get there so fast. Didn't you squat the same as me one time?
