ok, whos man and/or woman enough to do the "berkeley hills death ride" (http://www.inl.org/bicycle/deathride.html) tomorrow (saturday) morning? 60 km, 6 hard climbs, 2 legs, 1 feeling of accomplishment...
its not one big loop but a ride through the berkeley hills so you can turn around and go home any time you please.
I am neither man nor woman enough to do that ride Andre.
Question - on the max rep HSPU, if you lose your balance but immediately kick back up again and continue does the set still count? Or do you stop the counting there?
OK I did the handstand pushups at work. All I could get is 14 - got some more work to do.
So I guess next week I'll grease the groove at 10.
I feel like I haven't commented here in a while! I think it's only been about 4 days though.
