Is this Workouts A and B or Workouts A or B?
It seems that Workouts A and B will take longer than an hour. Need to get to work from the 6:30 A.M. workout or plan another time to work out.
The workout will be done exactly on time. Read it carefully.
I get it now. I thought the first and second effort referred to two two-mile runs.

b) 15:01... running in a circle inside the parking lot to make up the extra distance cost me significant time. For those that didn't know this, Raph is really fast!

Used a metronome and maintained an exact 94 steps (right leg) per minute cadence...those wacky CrossFit Endurance folks.

Something was wrong with my barbell this morning. It would not come off the ground or fly over my head. You can imagine how difficult this made the work out. Part A. 4 rounds @125lbs. Part B. 17:something. In that order, which I was told would be a mistake, and probably was.
Doron: I know they can helps some people but I hate metronomes.
Shaul: No worries about my name. We were gaming it. But I used to run 3 miles in that time. *sigh*
Ahem, "I know they can HELP [singular] athletes but..."
