For the people who like to take long warm ups, I suggest warming up before the beginning of 5:15 class if at all possible. I will lead a quick warm up and mobility (as we usually do) but we don't have enough time to go over form for the bench. I will be checking in with everyone throughout the work out, but try and be ready to go within 10 min after class has started. Thanks!

B: 205x5

B: 175x5? (not sure on the number)

c: dip skill work.

I got a couple of reps into my bench at 205 and felt my shoulder position shift. immediately called it a day. Bench still scares me :( Not sure on my max set. I thought it's more than 175, but that number sticks out for some reason. Maybe sara remembers? afterwards, did bulgarian dips, skin-the-cats, isometrics + hand turnouts, hollow rocks on rings.
