Sick photo, Amanda! Strong lady in a sexy singlet, woohoo!
You guys are good. I wasn't even aware these photos existed. Amanda will be belting out big numbers once she starts using a belt. Those spotters really hover over you and you don't get much space. They also slap your shoulders after you're done. I know it was congratulatory but when it comes from big guys like them, it kind of knocks you off.

8s omething sc - ring dips and pull ups
After last night's wod, any form of fran was not a good fun happy time.
The biggest drawback of the morning wod: freezing cold pull up bars. I couldn't stay on the thing long enough to do an unbroken set. Pathetic.

PR! For the first time in my adult life, thrusters didn't hurt on the presses :) However, the wrists were so sore. Last night didn't help. Fatigue played the major part in this score. None the less, I'll take the 1+ minute PR. All Pullups unbroken (butterfly) though I did scrape my chin on the way down on one of the reps in the 21's (didn't stop though).
7:2? scaled 85lb thrusters, still feeling my way around in the 6:30 A.M. class. It all feels different. At work, in the A.M., I feel great, but by about 3:00 an incredible weariness comes over me. I think to myself, I might be too tired to go to Crossfit this afternoon, then I remember, I've already done it.

6:30 RX and PR by 57 seconds. Woowhee!
NARF-12:28 RX(with a few crummy pullups).
So my experiment was not a total failure-I beat my previous PR by 1:20. The last thrusters were not bad, but the 21 pullups felt awful. And I think that my time would have been sub 12:00 if I did FRAN instead. Never know until you try.
