That's what I used to look like :P

Now I'm much stronger but don't look as good. I'm hoping I can combine past looks with current strength.

For all those people who haven't done the WOD yet and are in recovery, I highly recommend the run. Fantastic day to run around the lake, especially at 6:30 in the morning. Good job team early dirty birds (Bill and Shaul).

Would have been better if Joe hadn't eaten his sugar-smack for breakfast. Guy wouldn't slow down; it's recovery week!

Wish I made it out of bed this morning to do the run with the 6:30 crew. I ended up doing a run around part of the lake at 8:00 - it would have been a lot more fun with y'all.

Yes, the early run was great, but I think we need a better name than "early dirty birds" lets call ourselves the "worm-eaters" its proteinatious and paleo for sure.

I think the 6:30 a.m. crowd should be called "Punch in the Face."
