i hate my crock pot. who wants it? first come, first serve.
to clarify - the crock pot is fine. i hate crock pots in general...
i also have a perfectly good crock pot that i hate and would like to give away. who wants it?

9-ft, goes very fast, too heavy for me.
What's up with crock pots? My wife borrowed one from a neighbor to try it out; she didn't like but the neighbor won't take it back.

17:22 155/95 for 9 reps, then took the OHS down to 85# due to pissy wrists. 95x5 OHS is a PR and that's fun stuff.

Does that make me maverick? I guess that makes me everyone's problem. That's because every time i go for a WOD, I'm unsafe. People don't like me because i'm dangerous.
60 reps of the metcon completed in about 30min. I did KB swings all weekend, so my back was pre-fried. Also it was heavy ;)
350 Calories on stationary bike in the a.m.
Metcon: 10:06 Subbed overhead squats w/ back squats at same weight (135) ... shoulder rehab continues.
I have a hand me down crock pot which is rusting. I like crock pots so I'll be happy to take it off anyone's hands.
As for the WOD, hmmm... I will have to retest this one some time down the road. I like both of these movements but this night, they didn't like me. 34:30RX
