Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
9 Deadlifts (155lbs / 70kg)
12 Push-ups
15 Box jumps (24")

got 4 rounds+7 dead lift in 5 minutes. FYI max after watching some videos the push ups are hand release at the bottom

a) 6 rounds + 5 = 221 Rx
my cardio sucks

b) pull ups: 3-2-1 @24kg (1.5pood) + 1 legless rope climb

Did Open WOD last night with 105#. Official weight is 100#.
7 rds + 10 box jumps (283)

In a very unrecovered condition, I got 5 rounds of Open WOD2 in 8:55 this morning (100lb DL, full hand release at the bottom of the push-up, stepping down from all box jumps).

9 rounds seems reasonable, 10+ desirable. Arms seem to be the limiting factor here.

7:30am solo (unrested and without food)

8 rounds + 3 pushups = 300

Wait till you see Rob Orlando sprinting ... with a baby elephant on his back!!
