AMRAP in 20min:
5 power cleans 145/100 lbs
10 T2B
15 wall-ball 20/14 lbs
Score: 5(?) leisurely rounds + 9 wall-ball
This one seems to be all about mental fortitude.
May try it again tomorrow with some counters so I don't lose track of rounds again (I like Freddy C.'s poker chips method).
This one looks fun. Too bad I was toast by the time 5:15 rolled around. Maybe tomorrow!
8 rounds+4 T2B RX @ about 85% intensity. 10 rounds could be possible, but more likely somewhere mid 9
16 hour fast followed by WOD 11.5:
193 Rx (6 rds + 8 T2B).
Followed by PWR shake.
I found that breaking it all into 5s in the second half worked better than doing unbroken sets in the first half. 3 rds in first 11 minutes, 3+ rounds in last 9 minutes.
