- Perform Wave 2, Week 3 Bench workout:
-AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible) @ 90% P1RM (Predictive One Rep-Max)
-AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible) @ 90% P1RM
-5 sets of 4-6 reps @ 75% P1RM
-OR-
5-5-5-5-5 or more Bench. Use the same weight for all five sets. Use more weight than last time.

Power Clean - 205(PR), 215(Fail)
Push Press - 205(PR)
Might have been able to push a bit more, but I resolved not to use the power rack for this one. So this was effectively my max ground to overhead, since my push press (let along my jerk) is stronger than my clean. I wanted to try ONE of the challenges from yesterday.
Could use some extra coaching on my cleaning technique, but at the typically lower weights and higher reps of a WOD I am *probably* OK.
I wonder if I could do something like Linda now...
