of course, we could kill two birds with one stone and just prowl the forklift in the back but im afraid harold and aj wouldnt be able to push it around the block even once...

Tried snatching again after a long layoff and hardly doing it to begin with. Worked up to 95x5 and decided to leave it there for now. I'm too slow. We'll see how next week goes.

Recovery meal - Blackened salmon at Pyramid. Note - Coke Zero with a splash of grenadine is not paleo, but it is really nice.
