Work Up to a 1RM in the Press in 25 minutes

Assistance Work

Max Reps at 85% of 1RM, above, 1 or two efforts

Timed Effort

5 Rounds
15 Kettlebell Swing 1.5/1.0
10 Burpee
5 Handstand Push-Up

Optional Work

30 Reps Turkish Get-Up, challenging weight

At Crossfit Seattle again. Work up to a 5RM front squat. 100 kgs

Then AMRAP "Helen" in 20 min. Only got 4 rounds total. Faleo eating = CF failing

30" box jumps instead of burpees
ring push ups instead of hspu

5 rounds for time
5 x 1.5P both arms clean and jerk
15 x 1.5P swing
25 x pushups

A: 155 (i might need more strength cycling...)
B: DNS
C: 9:40
D: 20 with 1.5 pood, 10 with 65# barbell
E: training for climbing

A: 80#, 8# PR
B: 68# x 4
C: 11:14, HSPU to yoga block.
