finally completed a v3 that took 2 weeks of constant failed effort
Developed some mild tendonitis in my shoulder, so I changed things up to lay off it.

Did some weighted good morning and some other lower back work, followed by 100 burpee's in 4:47 which is a pr by quite a bit. Then a 5k run to cool down
