Andre and I made a trip to crossfit oakland and did some prowling
4 rounds:
25 meter prowl push (150# i think)
25 meter sprint
25 meter huge tire flip (no idea what weight)
25 meter sprint
followed by a few rounds of
25 meter prowl push with horns
25 meter prowl push with handles
good stuff
