A: 400# DL (PR) ... Finally not stuck at 398!! What's even better is that I think I could have lifted more. :)

A: My back is still recovering from 3 weeks ago when I injured it so I skipped the heavy DL
B: used my homemade 20# med ball and did hand release pushups at Lake Merritt, 19:24.
Practiced true plyometric box jumps to a 20" box, 4x10
