10:20 RX with barbell
shaul had us do it back and forth on the "track" at DRG so I think we did closer to 60m on the barbell carry and 120m on the bear crawls. Absolutely a brutal and fun workout. Haven't worked out wiht a class setting in weeks so it felt great to have support around...a sunny day helped too.
