As many of you know, I've been on hiatus nursing yet another shoulder injury. Yes, the one I injured recovering from an injury to the other shoulder (neither CF-related, for the record). Anyway, trying to work my way back to normal...
10/31:
DL 3 RM - 355 (365x1)
3 rounds 20 T2B, 8 pike pushups, 30 DUs, 7 pike pushups - 11:07
Deadhang pull ups - 1,1,1,1
11/1:
21-15-9 30" box jumps, GHD sit-ups - untimed
Pushups - 2x5, band exercises
Brandon, I'm in the exact same boat, except mine was being steered by a guy not wearing a shirt with a chalk bag, screaming 3.2.1 go while doing handstand pushups(i.e., CF related shoulder injuries).
If you find any rehab exercises that seem to work, i'd love to hear them. After six months (between both injuries), I can finally do push ups with almost no discomfort, albeit slowly.
