Is anyone else super-sore from burpees?
1) Press 5x5 @ 95#
2) Jack - Sc, 95# PP, Russian swings
6 rds + 10 PP
Press: 75lbs 3-3-3-3-2 reps :/
Couldn't do Jack, so I did something I made up. "Jacked", if you will:
AMRAP in 10min:
10 45lb press
10 burpees
10 V-ups
4 rounds + 8 burpees
Afterwards, EMOTM for 10min deadlift 3 reps:
125-145-165-175-175-175-185-185-195-195lbs :)
Press: 4x (65) - 3x (65) - 4x(60)- 5x(60)-5x(60)
