The swimming continues. 600m total distance again, and now I'm resting up for the Carl Paoli MU/HSPU seminar tomorrow!

MT

pull up/ push up: 2:49
800m run: 3:18
50 burpee: 2:25

Ass kicker of a workout. Not sure if doing the burpee's first would have been the better move. Either way that 800m run time isn't acceptable

MT

on another note, i call bullshit on that video

MT

just doesn't seem possible to be that accurate. Pretty awesome if he's actually doing that

Christened by Crossfit Body, Strange new soreness along the tops of both feet where laces would be on shin-high boots. Couldn't figure out why, then remembered broad-jumping back and forth in yoga room.

Yup, jumping would do it. Good thing it was only for 5 minutes!

the video is a fake. it was made as a viral ad for a bruce lee themed nokia phone a few years go.

Evidently this video is a fake in that it is not Bruce Lee, but real in that it is not CGI: ie a BL impersonator is actually doing that stuff.

MT

The video is a BL actor and some ping-pong guys playing without a ball. The ball is CGI. So, yes, lots of talent in there just not nunchuk ping pong talent.

Burpees: 3:36
Run: 4:08
Pull/Push: 4:24
Total: 12:08 Rx
