Press 5x3 60-75-85-85lbs then 4x87lbs because I can
Skill: 50 T2B (22-16-12, getting better at it)
For time:

6 rounds (6 Plate burpees 15lb / 6 walking lunges w/ plate overhead)

9:30 (2:05 split for both rows)
Cindy: 16 + 3 Push-ups, Scaled: subbed sit-ups for squats
Run:
3x1200m w/ 3min rest between intervals
