18rounds + 24 (9 squats)
Need to workout more and coach less

Press 5x3 60-75-85-85lbs then 4x87lbs because I can

Skill: 50 T2B (22-16-12, getting better at it)

For time:
Row 500m
6 rounds (6 Plate burpees 15lb / 6 walking lunges w/ plate overhead)
Row 500m
9:30 (2:05 split for both rows)

Cindy: 16 + 3 Push-ups, Scaled: subbed sit-ups for squats

MT

Run:

3x1200m w/ 3min rest between intervals
1. 4:24
2. 4:10
3. 4:10

Need to break the 5 min mile this year
