In 25 minutes:
Work up to a 1RM Ground to overhead
Perform Max Rep Burpees
- You may not touch the barbell until the clock starts.
- You may alternate burpees and 1RM attempts in any way.
Score is Max weight lifted plus number of burpees done.
Post load plus reps and total to comments.
