This workout is geared towards beginners. Experienced CrossFitters are welcome, but the pace will be slower than usual. Those with no, or limited experience are encouraged to come.

Headstands & Handstands: Headstand holds (wall) - Kick to handstands (wall) - Handstand holds (wall) - Kick to handstand (free-standing)
Conditioning:
Every minute on the minute (EMOTM) for 5 minutes:
50 High-knee steps
Max distance plank walks

The search continues for a bench press spotter/partner!
There's no noon class today, so we could use the CF space if anyone has time at noon.

45 pull-ups, and every 3min starting at min 0, 25 burpees.
4:55 (only had to do 50 burpees instead of 75 like last time)
