This is a modification of CrossFit Open WOD 11.5.
Work in teams of two.
AMRAP in 16 minutes:
5 Power cleans 155/105lbs
10 Toes-to-bar
15 Wall-balls 20/14lbs
Only one partner may work on the AMRAP at once, but trade off the reps anyway, anyhow.
Every four minutes starting at minute 0, one partner must run 800m.

Seeking bench press spotter/partner for this evening!
I can teach you to bench and spot the bench properly, if you like.
Preferably sometime between 4:15 and 6:15, but 6:15-7:15 could also work.
Clean-style DLs due to continuing right-leg-weirdness:
5x3 : 145-155-155-155-155lbs
Skill: 50 T2B (25-15-10)
Every 8 min for 16 min, row 1k.
In time remaining after row,
AMRAP 5 kb swings 1.25p / 10 T2b / 15 Presses 55lbs
2 rounds + 5 presses
And no benching due to no partner :(
