In either order, resting precisely 10 minutes between efforts:

A: Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
30 Pull-Ups
30 C2B Pull-Ups
Bar Muscle-Ups as many reps as possible

B: Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
95/65 Front Squat, 30 reps
135/95 Front Squat, 30 reps
185/115 pound Front Squat, 30 reps
225/135 pound Front Squat, as many reps as possible

No racks allowed.


CrossFit Body 6:30AM, Yoga Room

Mobility: 10-minute squat

Skill: Jump rope skills, including double-unders

Conditioning:
4 rounds:
45 seconds of air squats (or pistols)
Rest 15 seconds
---
Rest 2 minutes
---
4 rounds:
45 seconds of handstand shoulder taps (or handstand walks)
Rest 15 seconds
