How to Join CrossFit East Bay
CrossFit East Bay offers a full CrossFit Program at:
GREAT WESTERN POWER COMPANY
You may drop-in during scheduled class times and observe. You may drop-in and participate at the following times (beginner classes):
Tuesday 6:30AM (CrossFit Body)
Monday, 1:05PM (CrossFit Body)
Thursday 6:30AM (CrossFit Body)
Thursday, Noon
Thursday, 5:15PM
Thursday, 6:15PM
Sunday, 10:15AM
Sunday, 11:15AM
There is a $12 drop-in fee.
To become a member of CFEB:
*You pay a one-time $100.00 initiation fee.
*You join Great Western Power Company which is $69.00 month.
*You complete the CrossFit On-Ramp Course ($149.00 members/$199.00 non-members)* or 6 60 minute Introductory Sessions ($349.00 members/$449 non-mmebers)*.
Note: CrossFit East Bay at Great Western Power Company is a limited enrollment program. It would not be exaggerating to say this is the best value in fitness in the greater Bay Area, possibly the state. We are committed to keeping classes to a manageable number of students, therefore On-Ramp classes are limited. They currently are posted five weeks in advance and sell out about one month in advance.
There are currently no additional fees other than those listed above to participate in the CrossFit program.
Membership includes:

There are no contracts. Cancel at any time.
To ensure a safe, effective and efficient program, we require one of the following for all new members*.
On-Ramp Program: $149 Members/$199 Non-Members.
Our On-Ramp class is six sessions over 2 weeks. In this six-session series, we will teach you all of the major movements which we use in our group class setting.
In addition to learning the basic movements which we use, you will be progressively exposed to the intensity that CrossFit is known for in a fun low-stress environment. We will also cover some basic theory as well as our take on proper nutrition.
Until you complete the course, in which we will teach you the major movements of CrossFit, You are free to attend the Thursday and Sunday beginner classes and use all of our gym facilities. Once completed you may attend all classes.
A deposit in full is required to hold your place in the next On-Ramp. You may receive a full refund up to 48 hours before the On-Ramp. OR
6 One-Hour Introductory Sessions ($349 Members/$449 Non-Members) (one or two persons is $349/$449, each additional person is $100 members, $150 non-members). Second person is essentially free.
We offer a similar curriculum as the On-Ramp in a 1-to-1 environment with a CrossFit Certified Instructor. This is appropriate for individuals who are:
• in need of a sooner start date
• new to exercise
• have been generally sedentary
• have been referred by a health care professional
• have significant health or orthopedic issues or
• have sport-specific performance goals
