Services/Shopping Cart

Services Offered:

We offer personal training in multiple sessions only. Four is the minimum you can purchase, and we recommend at least ten sessions. Personal training is just that, personal, and we need some time to co-identify strengths, areas of sub-optimal performance and set realistic goals, as well as create a plan for reaching those goals. Personal training is generally the fastest way to jump-start or improve your fitness and performance for beginners and intermediates. Personal training is valuable in squeezing out further gains for the advanced, elite or competitive athlete. We recommend no less than two sessions a week to benefit from personal training.

We do allow purchase of one initial session to determine if you like our methods.

We will also allow single focused sessions to work on one thing only, such as the Olympic Clean & Jerk or Snatch or Deadlift, Squat, etc.
